Onboarding Information
We always try to make things a little easier for our participants, and our onboarding process is no exception!
Our sector is highly regulated, which is fantastic as it means there's many layers of controls which are in place to protect you, and protect your rights. This also means there's quite a bit of paperwork involved at the start, which ensures that Providers and Participants are both informed and in agreement, understanding each other's responsibilities.
WELCOME PACK
To simplify this as much as possible for you, we have a New Participant Welcome Pack which you'll receive via email after you've signed up online. This pack contains everything you need to know, and everything needed to finalise your onboarding with The Plan Experts.
